As usual there are lots of activities for families going on at St Edmund’s throughout the term that you are welcome to join in with – story time and lending library on Mondays and Fridays from 8.45 to 9.15am and 12.45 to 1.15pm, and singing sessions on Wednesdays at 8.45am and 12.30pm. Please come and join in!

Rhyme Challenge

Children will be learning five rhymes after each story session. If they learn all five, they will get a certificate.

Healthy Living Week 13th – 17th March

Parents’ Pamper Night Thursday 23rd March 6.00 – 8.00

A few tickets are still available for this popular event – please book at reception as soon as possible to be sure of a place. Only £5 per ticket.

Red Nose Day Friday 24th March 

Red noses will be available to buy from reception from Monday 6th March.

Parents Together meetings

Thursday 16th March 9.00 – 11.00 and 1.00 – 3.00. All parents welcome.

Sharing Stories

Blue and Green rooms will be Sharing Stories on Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th March. Our story this term is “That’s not my bunny”.

Holiday dates

Nursery will close for the Easter holiday on Friday 7th April, and re-open on Monday 24th April. Our extended provision (childcare) and the children’s centre will be closed on Good Friday 14th April and Easter Monday 17th April.

Councillor surgeries

Councillor Shaheen, one of the councillors for Toller Ward, is now providing a surgery for women here at St Edmund’s, where you can get information and advice or enquire about services that the council provides.
