Baby Room Early Years Support Worker (Permanent)

Full Time, 37 hours per week, All Year Round (compressed hours over 4 days)

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Support Worker to become part of our amazing team in the St Edmund’s Baby Room. Beautifully designed spaces both inside and out support a calm, purposeful environment and our excellent wellbeing package and training opportunities ensure that you will be supported to thrive alongside our children.

The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic, creative and committed to giving our youngest children the very best start in life
• Have experience of working with children 0-5, ideally in the baby room
• Have a calm, confident and patient manner
• Be a good communicator with the ability to work closely with families
• Be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Promote the federation’s vision, ethos and high expectations
