Finding a Place at St Edmund's
We offer a range of nursery and childcare places for children from birth to four years old. Here's everything you need to know about applying.
Places for Three and Four Year Olds
Your child is entitled to a free nursery place from the term after their third birthday, as long as places are available. We welcome children from the local area and across the Bradford District, and usually admit new starters in September or January. Places are offered from our waiting list as they become available.
Sessions are available at the following times:
Morning session: 8.45am – 11.45am
Afternoon session: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Extended session: over 2½ days

Places for Two Year Olds
Some two year olds are eligible for a free nursery place from the term after their second birthday. To find out if your child qualifies, please visit our two year old places page.
Childcare Places (Birth to Three)
We offer high quality childcare for children aged birth to three, with extended hours available between 7.45am and 5.45pm — perfect for working families.
